DIRECTIONAL DRILLING NEEDS
REI Drilling, Inc. was established in 1981 to provide
Drilling services to Resource Enterprises, Inc.'s
Commercial underground coalbed methane recovery
Project performed, in cooperation with the Soldier
Canyon Mine in Carbon County, Utah. Since that
time, REI Drilling, Inc. has provided contract
directional drilling Services to the underground and
surface coal mining Industry. REI Drilling, Inc. owns
and operates seven (7) Longhole drills for
placement of accurately steered long boreholes for
exploration in advance of mining (old works and
geologic anomalies), methane drainage, Dewatering,
de-stressing, and utility installation. To
date, REI Drilling, Inc. has directionally drilled over
2 million feet of borehole in coal and rock in over 60
mines in every major coal basin in North America.
